Framed in a country environment, the series 'El accidente' begins with a plane crash in which there are no survivors. Lucia (Inma Cuesta) knows that her husband José (Quim Gutiérrez) was taking that flight, so she starts a tough search. However, after examining the lists of embarked and deceased, she discovers that her husband, the man she loves and the father of her children, has left no trace.
