灿若繁星是一部剧情片，20世纪90年代末，一个大家族正团聚在一起迎接新世纪的到来，窗外的鞭炮声正宣告着时代的转变。少年罗依的父辈们经历了动荡的年代，都有着不同的人生轨迹。而在罗依和父母的小家庭里，一家三口在世纪之交的十字路口面临着各自对未来的选择，新的时代已经到来。

In the late 1990s, a large family was reunited to welcome the arrival of the new millennium, while the sound of firecrackers outside the window proclaiming the change of the times. Teenager Luo Yi's older generation experienced different trajectories through turbulent times. In the small family of Luo Yi and his parents, three of them had to face their own choices for the future at the turn of the century, while a new era arrived.
