啦啦队之舞是一部剧情,喜剧,运动片，该剧接续电影《啦啦队之舞：女高中生用啦啦队舞蹈征服全美的真实故事》的故事，讲述主人公藤谷若叶受高中啦啦队“JETS”的影响，带领本校啦啦队，以称霸全美大赛为目标努力奋斗的故事。

Wakaba is in high school now and still admires the Jets, the cheerleaders of Fukui Chuo school. She finds them so able, so trained, so pretty and so admired. Liking is one thing. Joining them is quite another and just a fantasy. She joins with another student and becomes a cheerleader herself.
