愿为你摘星揽月是一部剧情片，电视剧《愿为你摘星揽月》中，因儿时事故而有手术恐惧症的外科医生徐镇友（赵东赫饰），和深爱镇友，在韩味堂食品研究室工作的韩彩媛（徐智慧饰），以及过去抛弃镇友而选择韩敏赫（高世元饰）的野心女孩车京珠（文宝玲饰）之间爱恨情仇的故事。
