民间医生JUMBO是一部剧情片，EXILE MAKIDAI(眞木大輔)及忽那汐里雙主演深夜劇《町医者ジャンボ！》，二人皆為連續劇初主演，同名漫畫改編，講述醫生鶴田正義以亂來的手法，了解病者生活習慣及癖好，解開真正病因，院長女兒馬場飛鳥當護士十分尊敬他並作出協助。
