巨人是一部剧情片，荣宰是一个高中生。虽然他有父亲有弟弟，但是他依然和那些无家可归儿童住在一起。他不想搬回去和父亲住在一起，但是，他的境况越来越糟糕…… 该片也是金泰勇导演从自身经验出发而拍摄的电影，而金泰勇导演曾是入围戛纳国际电影节的最年轻韩国导演。此次公开的角色海报中，穿着高中校服背着书包的”英载”一副泫然欲泣的样子，让人感受到他说不出口的悲伤和绝望。不负责任的父母一走了之，“英载”只能独自过活，看不到任何未来的希望，令观众看着非常心疼。海报上还写着：“这个世界为什么这么对我”，是少年对这个不公平世界的责问，也令观众好奇他究竟遇到了什么事。

Thanks to his irresponsible father, teenager Young-jae spent most of his childhood in a group home called 'Issac's House'. After years at the group home, he is almost at the age where he has to leave. Knowing that he cannot possibly go back to his father, he lies to the principal that he will become a priest and devote himself to God in order to continue living there. Meanwhile, he also shuns his only friend Beom-tae when his drastic action puts both of them in a dire position. All gets worse when one day out of the blue, his father visits and checks his little brother Min-jae into the home as well, which only fuels him with rage and despair.
