Two scientists working in a secret underground lab have learned that they are being closed down. One of the experiments in artificial intelligence, Arvada, wakes up and begins to fight for her life. Meanwhile, a mysterious para-military team has been sent to sweep out the labs, scientists included. Now, the scientists must escape the labs before they are found and save another life that is just as real as thier own.
