没有人活着吗？是一部剧情,悬疑片，本片将以一个流传着怪异都市传说的大学作为舞台。电影的登场人物包括从医院逃出来的女人、处于三角关系的学生们与餐馆店员、亲眼目击了重大事故的男人们、单相思医疗事务员的耳鼻科医生……电影全篇将充斥着不合逻辑的恶搞，通过类似于话剧及朋克（Punk）的形式进行表现，从平凡的日常生活逐渐走向谜题的最后。

From cult director Gakuryû Ishii, the apocalyptic story begins largely around a college campus and beyond where everyone is suffering horrible deaths in the most unusual and gruesome ways imaginable. Then more people die. Then people the dead came across die too. Is there an explanation for the deaths and what does it all portend?
