Mylie, a mermaid, is prepared to sacrifice her immortality to the sea hag, an evil witch who must deliver eternal life to the skeleton demon Necron, in order to share life with her human lover Craig Wilson, a hunky businessman, and needs him to explicitly express his true love for her, which seems utterly pointless fussing to him, so Mylie turns to hearts column writer Phoebe, who is resuming her career, like Paige who even gets a promotion to social worker.
