电磁战队百万连者是一部科幻片，邪电王国的希拉博士因为妒忌人类的超文明，于是向地球进行连串破坏行动。久保田博士下令健太、耕一祈、瞬、千里和杏子变身成电磁战队百万连者，进行对抗邪电的行动。其后，更出现了第六位战士早川裕作，起初新战士不太喜欢电磁战队，后来相处日子越多，感情越深厚。希拉更控制王者魔兽，打算与电磁战队同归于尽。
